Zurich North America Surety announced it has established dedicated teams to manage its Commercial Surety line of business.
Previously, many of the company’s field representatives were responsible for handling both commercial and contract surety products. The Commercial Surety line of business includes license, permit and miscellaneous bonds, Commercial Surety Express, judicial, and public official surety bonds.
Going forward, each of Zurich North America Surety’s eight regional field offices will have a dedicated commercial surety team consisting of an underwriter and a marketing/sales specialist. The specialist teams will report to the Zurich North America Surety office in Baltimore, Md.
The Surety unit is part of Zurich North America’s Surety & Financial Enterprises business unit, which formerly operated as The Fidelity and Deposit Companies, or F&D.
