idNet announced that it has signed an integration agreement with AMS Services. The scope of the agreement allows for idNET and AMS to work cooperatively to develop integration between idNET’s 24/7 Internet-based CSR24 product and AMS’ strategic agency management systems.
“Although we had deployed our CSR24 product to both AfW and Sagitta customers already, this agreement will allow idNET to remain abreast of changes and modifications to the AMS strategic platforms so that our customers can continue to utilize our service without risk of interruption,” stated Richard Roy, CEO of idNET. “Furthermore, this agreement provides the opportunity to take CSR24 to a new level of integration for our AMS customers.”
Ed Olsen, senior vice president of sales for AMS, said that the arrangement with idNET further underscores the corporate philosophy to work cooperatively with various third-party firms who provide products and services AMS customers have chosen to implement.
idNET, which developed an agency-driven portal on the Internet, facilitates business-to-business solutions to enable e-commerce in the worldwide insurance industry. More information can be obtained at www.csr24.com.
