Kingsway Financial Services Inc. entered into an agreement with The Vision Insurance Group to underwrite nonstandard automobile insurance in the U.S., beginning in Virginia, Indiana, Arkansas, Ohio and Kentucky, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lincoln General Insurance Company.
Vision is a privately owned, Tennessee-based operation offering nonstandard automobile throughout several states. Vision produced over $70 million in U.S. premium revenue during 2000.
Kingsway President and CEO Bill Star also announced the promotion of Shelly Gobin to assistant vice president and treasurer of Kingsway Financial Services Inc.
