The St. Paul Companies’ chairman and CEO Jay Fishman and executive vice president and CFO Thomas Bradley filed statements with the SEC certifying reports recently filed by the company are in complete accordance with SEC requirements.
The reports certified include the second-quarter Form 10-Q, which was also filed today, the first-quarter Form 10-Q, the 2001 Form 10-K and other filings. The certification letters and financial reports are available in the Investor section of The St. Paul’s Web site, www.stpaul.com.
