idNET, Inc., the developer of CSR24, the 24/7 Customer Care solution for the insurance industry, announced a deeper alignment with its partner Afni, Inc., and their insurance offerings. Effective Sept. 21, the insurance products and services offered by both businesses will be combined into a single business and brand, Afni Insurance Services.
“The consolidation of our insurance offerings allows us to better serve our clients throughout the industry by expanding the services available to them, and by taking a broader view in responding to clients’ business needs,” Richard Roy, chairman and CEO of Afni Insurance Services.
“This alignment of the two businesses enables Afni to deliver a more complete line of services and a consistent message to the marketplace. It also plays an integral role in Afni’s continued expansion into the insurance industry,” Bruce Griffin, chairman and CEO of Afni, Inc., added.
idNET and Afni was launching the new brand with the NAMIC and IIABA National Conferences. At that time, the idNET name will be completely replaced by the new brand.
Afni Insurance Services is headquartered in Simsbury, Conn. The existing idNET and Afni insurance staff will continue to work from their current locations in Bloomington, Ill.; Phoenix, Ariz.; St. Charles, Mo.; and Simsbury.
