Travelers P/C Appoints Bloom CIO
William Bloom joined Travelers Property Casualty Corp. as senior vice president and Chief Information Officer, responsible for the company's technology platform, including its telecommunications systems.

Bloom most recently served as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of Accenture where he helped develop computer-based systems and capabilities for a broad range of insurance companies. He also served as a vice president at Hartford Life responsible for National Accounts in the Employee Benefits Division.
