AIG Specialty Workers’ Compensation®, a division of the property and casualty subsidiaries of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), announced the launch of AIG RiskTool System(SM), an online loss prevention and risk management platform for policyholders and their brokers.
The AIG RiskTool System reportedly enables customers and their brokers to obtain loss control information in real time, identify workplace risks to reduce employee injuries and build and monitor risk management programs online. The program, developed in conjunction with AIG Consultants, Inc., is accessible from the division’s new Web site, Partners in Productivity(SM) (www.aigswc.com).
“The AIG RiskTool System is the first online extension of services directly to our policyholders,” commented Jim Roberts, president of AIG Specialty Workers’ Compensation. “The platform provides comprehensive, easy-to-use tools for preventing workplace injuries and meeting state and federal regulations, and is scalable so that the application is relevant for small, middle market and large commercial customers.”
With the new online tool, clients can create a customized risk management program by entering information regarding their corporate structure, company locations and exposure to loss from workplace hazards. Once an organization’s unique profile has been completed, the insured can prepare training, maintenance and day-to-day loss prevention plans accessible to its internal staff and external business partners.
