Pinnacle Training & Consulting is partnering with The Main Street America Group to make available a new series of personal and commercial lines training programs to independent agents. The new programs comprise:
– CSR and New Producer Academies: One-week, personal and commercial lines classes on coverages, forms, and business-processing technology.
– Continuing Education Seminars: One-day seminars that address the variety of insurance-related topics that producers and CSRs need to maintain their licenses. — Individual, in-office training or online internet training: Specialized training on the subjects that are most critical to a given agency.
“For many independent agencies, recruiting and keeping qualified personnel is a significant challenge,” said Greg Manning, assistant vice president, marketing, for The Main Street America Group (www.msagroup.com). “And the lack of educational opportunities for personnel is a major hurdle in growing agencies. We chose to work with the folks at Pinnacle because they provide cost-effective, content-rich programs that meet our agencies’ needs.”
CSR and New Producer Academies start April 25 for MSA Group’s agency customers in New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Florida, with more to follow. Continuing education seminars begin April 6 for agents in North Carolina, Virginia, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Florida. Schedules with precise dates and locations now are being distributed to MSA Group agency customers.
“If CSRs and producers are not well-versed in coverages, regulations, and requirements, they can’t properly advise customers or identify opportunities to cross sell,” said Rich Boudreau, managing partner, Pinnacle (www.pinmax.com). “They may also make their agencies more vulnerable to E&O claims.”
