Victor O. Schinnerer & Company upgraded its account management section of its Web site to increase functionality and provide real-time access to broker accounts. The new account management section, called the Broker Launchpad, enables current Schinnerer brokers to view real-time data on their accounts, including the current status of an account and its billing information. Claims information for Design Firms and Real Estate accounts are also available.
When brokers log in, they are able to view statistics about their
business with Schinnerer. Their homepage also displays four categories of accounts: those most recently viewed, those that are in process with Schinnerer, those with outstanding balances and those with claims. The data is color-coded for easy reference. In addition, brokers can view a list of all of their accounts with Schinnerer and sort by expiration date, account status, firm name and more.
The Broker Launchpad also allows brokers to customize their Launchpad by changing the fonts, the welcome screen and choosing their own useful Schinnerer links.
“The Broker Launchpad really allows our brokers to manage their accounts online without having to pick up the phone,” said Mary Jefferson, VP of Corporate Marketing. “At any time of day, they can check on the status of an account, confirm we’ve received an application or know that a policy is in the mail.”
All lines of Schinnerer’s business, with the exception of Architects’ and Engineers’ P&C, Not-for-profit D&O, Healthcare and Public Entity business, are accessible through the Launchpad.
Over 2,000 Schinnerer brokers have requested user names and passwords for the site. Schinnerer brokers may request a password by sending an e-mail to vos.info@schinnerer.com.
