Philadelphia -based ESIS, Inc., the risk management services arm of ACE USA, announced the appointment of Robert Kulbick as Senior Vice President of Product, Service & Delivery Development and Enhancement.
“In this newly created position, Mr. Kulbick will work with ESIS and its business partners to identify, develop and implement innovative new products and services,” said the bulletin. “He also will evaluate existing products and services to identify opportunities for enhancement.”

Kulbick was previously the CEO of RSKCo, an integrated risk services company founded and capitalized by CNA in 1998 under his leadership. Before joining CNA in 1997, Mr. Kulbick was a Senior Vice President at AIG, where he oversaw the integration of medical management services within AIG’s claims department, as well as sales and marketing responsibilities. He also has served as a consultant for AIG, CNA and Rockwell; Vice President of Operations with Kemper National Services, Inc.; and President of Corporate Interviewing Network. Earlier in his career he held management positions with Procter & Gamble and Frito-Lay, Inc. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and earned an MBA from the University of Scranton.
