The St. Paul Travelers Companies, Inc. has issued the following bulletin:
“In connection with a widely reported, industry-wide investigation, St. Paul Travelers has received a subpoena from the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New York for documents relating to the offer or sale of “non-traditional”, or loss mitigation, insurance products.”
“St. Paul Travelers expects a similar request from the Securities and Exchange Commission and may receive similar requests from other governmental or regulatory authorities. St. Paul Travelers will cooperate fully with all such requests.”
