Dallas, Texas-based MarketScout has announced that Ralph Brown will become part of the company’s underwriting and brokerage operation, focusing on energy, manufacturing and wholesale opportunities.
Brown, formerly vice president of XL’s primary domestic and international casualty division, has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience.
“One of our largest challenges is connecting our agent network to talented insurance professionals who can help them solve their marketing problems,” said Richard Kerr, chairman and CEO of MarketScout. Kerr added that Brown’s “technical expertise and market connections will be a huge benefit to all of our agents.”
