IRISK Solutions (IRISKSolutions.com), a new independent risk management consulting firm, launched on June 1, 2005. IRISK targets small to middle market companies with annual gross premiums from $50,000 to $1 million.
IRISK will provide standard and custom loss control, claims, managed care and consulting services for a wide array of risk participants including carriers, program administrators, alternative risk transfer consultants, insurance agents and brokers, and insurance buyers.
“IRISK Solutions has roots that date back to 1994, when its affiliate company, Venture Insurance Programs, launched the Preferred Club Program to stabilize and improve the availability of insurance to the golf and club industry,” said Girija Trainor, ARM, president of IRISK Solutions. “Venture was an early adopter of proactive risk management services, which it refined for each of the business sectors it now serves, including the club, hospitality, technology, life science and banking industries.”
As an independent risk management consulting firm, IRISK will serve Venture Insurance Programs and other risk participants with services that include claims consulting, loss control consulting, trending analysis, managed care review and information systems.
IRISK Solutions utilizes a customized version of RiskConsole, a web-based Risk Management Information System (RMIS) provided in partnership between IRISK Solutions and RiskLabs.
IRISK Solutions is a subsidiary of Inventure Inc. (www.inventure.net), an insurance services group located in West Chester, Pa. Other Inventure companies include Venture Insurance Programs (www.ventureprograms.com) and Venture Brokerage (www.venturebrokerage.com).
