Lighthouse Underwriters has expanded its ElderCare program with four new proprietary products.
The new products, all of which are A-rated with claims made forms and combined general liability and property liability forms, are:
* AdultCare, coverage for free-standing adult daycare centers
* HomeCare, coverage for free-standing and facility-based providers
* HospiceCare, coverage for hospice service providers
* WeCare, coverage for residential developmentally disabled care providers
With the new products, the ElderCare program now offers a skilled care program, CCRC (continuing care retirement communities) program, two assisted living programs, adult daycare, home healthcare, coverage of residential developmentally disabled, hospice and individual professional liability for healthcare administrators.
“All four products have competitive rates and aggressive pricing, and we offer in-house underwriting authority so we can generate the quick quotes our agents need to close business,” said Saye Gbalazeh, ElderCare program manager.
