Three Insurance Companies Placed in Liquidation in Illinois

Yes, they love taking in those premiums but heaven help the insureds if they have a claim – can you say – lots of luck?!?!
Everyone in our large family that had allstate replaced coverage after the shoddy way our cousin was treated after a wind claim.
I agree. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I wonder if Ed Liddy has his insurance with his own company, as bad as they are. An Allstate driver hit me, totaling my car; was cited by police and Allstate offered me 50% of my car value. How do you say \”scum.\”?
Not necessarily wanting to defend Allstate, but…. just because a driver is cited by the police does not mean that driver is 100% at fault.
Allstate clearly admitted fault on their 176 year old driver. The police said he was 100% at fault and the driver (very un-Allstate like) admitted fault to all who would listen. Any other defense?
