Swett & Crawford appointed Kyle Chapman as vice president and director of business development. He will be working with Swett & Crawford’s senior management team in Atlanta on its acquisition initiatives. Chapman will also assist Terri Snell, Swett’s chief administrative officer in identifying operational efficiencies throughout the company’s network of 37 offices.
Prior to joining Swett & Crawford, Chapman worked as a senior associate at Banc of America Capital Investors, a private equity and mezzanine partnership that manages over $2 billion of capital for Bank of America. He actively participated in Swett & Crawford’s divestiture from Aon Corporation in November, 2005.
