The Latin American Agents Association has named Past President Rafael Hurtado director of business development at the association. Hurtado agreed to strengthen his support and dedication to the association by taking on this newly created – and volunteer – role.
The part Hurtado will play in the growth of the LAAA will encompass a broad range of duties. He will work on name branding, membership development, sponsorships, and building a “word of mouth” reputation for the LAAA, asking that all LAAA agents consider themselves to be “ambassadors” for the association.
