    This “Best Practices” designation is a joke. A former employer applied and received one after an exhaustive on-site visit by ONE person who camped out in the conference room for 4 hours and only interviewed 2 people. Unlike the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award, this is a cheap imitation. But then, it fast an only costs $5000 to apply.
