Philadelphia Insurance Cos. has introduced a new online policy delivery system. Effective Dec.1, 2007, agents and policyholders will receive policy documents and endorsements electronically. In addition to viewing policy documents, the online portal provides accessibility to billing, claims reports, business lists, and more.
