sounds to me as if greenberg is definately in the hotseat if that phone conversation is valid evidence since it convicted the other defendents.

interesting and yet, he was trying to overthrow the current regime.

Did the judge actually use the dreaded “c word”…conspiracy? Doesn’t he know that only tinfoil-hat wearing weirdos believe in conspiracies? We all know that no two people in government have ever-ever in the entire history of government- joined together in a conspiracy, er, I mean partnership for wrongdoing, but people outside of government do that? Of course, the fact that anyone who acquires the label of “government employee” is instantly purified of moral flaws renders them incapable of any wrongdoing.

What outrageous claims will we hear next…that politicians sometimes lie?

Its all about the content of the call not simply that the call happened. I’m not a Greenberg apologist or supporter for that matter. but I do know Greenberg was a very hard taskmaster for results. He was and is also smart enough to demand results without specifying the way to achieve them.

By all means get evidence on the content of the call and string the man up if his actions call for it.

This Greenberg fiasco gets more fascinating all the time.

The only thing that concerns me is that his underlings may end up taking the fall, while he walks.
