This program, offered through an “A-” XI- rated carrier under the ISO form CG0001 12-04, is available for risks in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming (approval is pending in California), and offers limits of $1 million /$2 million /$2 million with a minimum premium of $2,000.
Highlights include: no tract or multi-family limitations, broad duty to defend, no punitive damages exclusion and is silent on subsidence; plus — in most states — defense outside limits and no “prior works” exclusion.
