Crump Insurance Services, part of Crump Group, an insurance wholesaler, has introduced a general liability program for subcontractors, both residential and commercial, for a broad range of classes. This program, offered through an “A-” XI- rated carrier under the ISO form CG0001 12-04, is available for risks in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming (approval is pending in California), and offers limits of $1 million /$2 million /$2 million with a minimum premium of $2,000.

Highlights include: no tract or multi-family limitations, broad duty to defend, no punitive damages exclusion and is silent on subsidence; plus — in most states — defense outside limits and no “prior works” exclusion.

Crump is the exclusive point of access for the program and works with retail agents and brokers to provide access to this coverage for their clients. For information, call 877-247-9772.
