IronBuilt, Crump Launch Contractors' Liability Program

Ironshore Inc.'s specialty construction market facility partnered with Crump Insurance Services to introduce an exclusive general liability program for residential and commercial subcontractors with premiums under $25,000. This program, offered through an AM Best A-XI rated carrier under the ISO form CG0001 12-04, provides broad coverage and flexible terms and conditions, across a broad range of classes.

"In this challenging time for the construction market, many subcontractors are finding it difficult to secure affordable liability protection," stated Joe George, president of IronBuilt. "Our new facility is designed to help subcontractors navigate safely through this period without experiencing damage to their bottom line."

The program is available for risks in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, with a minimum premium of $2,000. Features include: no tract or multi-family limitations, broad duty to defend, no punitive damages exclusion and is silent on subsidence; plus - in most states - defense outside limits and no "prior works" exclusion.

"We are pleased to partner with IronBuilt to offer this comprehensive product for residential and commercial subcontractors at rates that will allow them to keep their businesses protected through these tough market conditions," said Joe Benkelman, head of Crump Insurance Services' Denver office.
