WKF&C Offers Employment Practices Liability Insurance

WKF&C Agency Inc. a nationwide, multi-line managing general agency for excess and surplus lines, announced that all property quotes will automatically include the new employment practices liability insurance program for consideration.

All WKF&C property quotes will include an additional quote for the new employment practices liability program. This coverage is written on a claims made basis with limits of $100,000 per occurrence and general aggregate up to $500,000 maximum. Minimum premium begins at $255. The coverage is underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyds of London. WKF&C will pay 15 percent commission to wholesaler clients. Claims will be handled by Kissel, Pesce, Hirsch & Wilmer.
