I thought that perhaps this article was informative and unbiased until I saw Robert Hunter’s name. Then, I knew it was just a bunch of crap and was just a press release looking for attention. SPAM!
So, he concludes that loss experience is not affected by tort reform? Or that the insurers are just keeping the money for themselves? It’s a well timed article to attempt to convince people that med mal tort refrom isn’t needed…a good cover for the liberal democrats in congress who are the recipients of alot of plaintiff attorney money…totally unrelated I’m sure.
