…with harrassers is that they are generally cowards. A well-placed sarcastic comment about their woman/manhood usually does the trick. You can’t arrested for that. And, yes, I’ve been harrassed by both men and women.

Actually, as soon as hands are placed on you, it is assault. So, if the guy beat the hell out of the supervisor that grabbed his crotch, he could claim he was merely protecting himself from the assault.

Sexual harassment in this area will not be reported…

However, it will be evaluated for content and originality…

Agreed. Any REAL man would kick another man’s a$$ if he was being harassed. And if it is a woman, the only time that is considered harassment is if she is ugly.

I LOVE IT! I had a male producer complain that he felt harrassed by a Calvin Klein underwear ad one of our CSR’s had posted in her cubicle. I told him that if he’d remove his auto parts calendar (including the stardard semi-nude models), I’d speak to her about her underwear ad. And, yes, he was ugly.

Amen- the difference between being a hero and getting arrested is how all in how you explain it:
if you beat a guy up just because he is a homosexual, you go to jail…
    -or-
if you were defending yourself from a predatory sexual assault, you have carte blanche.

    Rosie,
We are just kidding. I bet you are found very attractive by “hearty” women who wear mullets and can complete with the best of them in men’s softball leagues.

If a guy hits on another guy, He is fair game for getting his butt kicked!

If a guy gets hit on from a woman and he thinks she is ugly he should either ask for a huge raise and do one for the team or recruit someone else on the team who wants a raise.
