Shocker, each of those firms paid money to be at the conference and now they receive an award. I guess that’s what you’re forced to do when you aren’t really interested in finding or capable of recognizing the truly innovative insurance companies out there.
The Main problem with the P&C Insurance Industry is they would not know an innovative thinker if they saw it. We have offered innovative services to the insurance industry for almost 50 years and it scares them to hear it pitched.
Additionally, the industry as a whole, especially the larger carriers dont have an ounce of loyalty in their collective bodies.
You cannot attract new talen and Gen Y talen as it is called, because these young people know the industry is underpaid and does not appreciate the talent it has.
