Again Mr. fienberg is lying. our interim claim has been filed since march 27, 2011. i have made countless trips to their local gccf office–after 4 months i was told to submitt 2011 wildlife and fisheries tickets which i did. now maybe in the 3rd quarter i MAY receive a payment. our loss is documented. the time of need is now. not at the end of this year. 100 % commercial fisherman. we are suffering fincially. what ajoke this claims process has been. our government should have overseen this. not some clown attorney looking out for his friends at bp.
