Is the Facebook crowd really within Mercedes’ Benz’ target market? Very odd collaboration. I would have expected this nonsense in the Ford Focus but not a Benz.

Mercedes will charge for the app and sell a lot more of their parts with the increase in accidents that are sure to follow from the increase in distracted drivers. We in personal lines will get a raise when the rating symbols for Mercedes increase because of accident frequency. Isn’t life just grand?

Just what we need on the road, MORE distracted drivers. Guess they ran out of cell phones!

Yeah, but I don’t want to be in the car that the idiot in the Benz hits cause they’re too busy reading about their friends from a screen in their car. What dummy came up with this idea, that puts other people at risk?!?! Some things are just not meant to be put together, such as texting/talking/reading while driving. Too many lives at risk, and I just hope one of those lives isn’t me.

Why not just make the car cheaper? This is a feature in search of a reason to exist. Benzes already have way too many buttons, knobs and levers- the interior should look clean and classy & not like the cockpit of a 767.

Reading up on your friends or Even a few quick buttons and knobs then reading up on your friends posts still equals distracted driving. Who are they trying to kid?
