March 1, 2012

K&K Insurance Service Group has expanded its ice and inline skating facilities program to include roller skating rinks.

Insureds can purchase general liability, property, commercial auto, inland marine, crime, excess liability and workers’ compensation in select states. Sexual abuse and molestation coverage is an optional coverage, too.

Fire damage legal is included with limits of $300,000. There is no general aggregate and no general liability deductible. The minimum premium is $5,000.

The programs covers exposures including food concessions, pro shops, vending and arcades. However, some exposures are ineligible, such as ice operations on natural waterways and inline skating activities in parking lots or similar areas.

Coverage is backed by an insurance carrier rated “A+” (Superior) by A.M. Best Company.

The Fort Wayne, Ind.-based K&K also offers programs for entertainment centers, including bowling alleys and family fun centers offering activities such as batting cages, bumper cars/boats, climbing walls, coin operated rides, driving ranges, go-karts, laser tag, miniature golf, paintball, soft play and video arcades.
