    Maybe, maybe not. Rates HAVE come down. But you need to compare COVERAGE. How much time is left on the old term pocliy? Do you have a guaranteed renewable and convertable rider on it? How long is the NEW term quote good for? Is it binding, or just a bait quote?If you DO decide to switch, DO NOT cancel your old pocliy, until the new one is SOLIDLY in force.
