    Hopefully, these exchanges will not go into force if we get repeal through either the Supremes or the new President.

    Further example of Federal government overstepping its Constitutional limitations. Insurance was within the States Rights perview in setting local laws concerning local issues that differ materially from region to region and state to state.       Anon, you are exactly right. This administration and its minions have thrown out the Constitution at every turn and mean to rule us as they see fit. Time for them to go. This is America, not Venezuela.
