The programs division of Chartis is collaborating with Sterling & Sterling Inc. to provide a new product for salons, day spas and tattoo parlors nationwide.
The product, called Total Body Pac, offers property, professional liability, general liability and umbrella liability for those risks, including aestheticians, beauticians, electrologists and body piercing business.
“The Chartis insurers have underwritten this business segment for nearly 15 years,” said Ethan Allen, senior executive of the Programs Division of Chartis. “This relationship with Sterling & Sterling brings to the table our combined experience and allows us to provide our clients with extensive insurance solutions in one convenient product, from one provider.”
Sterling & Sterling is a Woodbury, N.Y.-based program administrator with 10 different national insurance programs.
