MSA originally submitted for review in September, 2011. Letter received from CMS November 21, 2011. Now NINE months in review process with not one soul who can tell me where I am in the “so-called” “Queue”. NINE MONTHS is not (45 days) and we are still counting. This situation is beyond intolerable. I call every week, but unfortunately everyone’s brain is out to lunch and they can tell me nothing other than I am in the “Queue” to be reviewed.
