It would have been nice if Obamacare had extensive Tort Reform included in the bill which would have gone a long way to reducing costs and eliminated a lot of the defensive practice of medicine doctors and hospitals are forced to do because of fear of being sued. Of course, the liberal politicians who crafted this bill were never going to do that since they are lawyers and are in the pocket of the National Bar Association.
