The law now is not the Affordable Care Act, It is the Affordable Care TAX! Get that right IJ!
The basic premise here is that those not insured will all be insured or pay a “Tax” for not being insured. What a joke. Those that get insurance for free will not be offset by the individual tax mandate because they won’t buy insurance and most won’t pay the tax. So who is going to chase them, Obama’s individual tax mandate police?
