    Pat says:
    Like or Dislike:
    Thumb up 0
    Thumb down 1

Posner’s only job here was to determine if there was an infringement on the Apple patent, not whether the patent should have been (legally) granted in the first place. This is the kind of activism that needs to go in our judicial system. If Posner believe’s these patents shouldn’t be granted in the first place, he can go to Congress and ask to have the law change. He has no business disregarding the law just because he disagrees with it.
