Actually, we will tell you exactly who you will and will not do business with if you want to do business in this country. If you don’t like it we will shut your sorry little British butt down. Understood? It is banks like this that give all financial institutions a bad name. Bottom line, don’t do business with crooks, and this bank is a crook.
This is just beautiful. And my biggest hope is that an insider blew the whistle, entitling them to 10% of the penalties, which could be HUGE. May they set up their own bank!
This is a poster child why the U.S. needs to increase regulatory oversight, not further dismantle it. And, by the way, someone should go to the big house for this fiasco.
