K&K Insurance Group, Inc, a sister company to Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. and a managing general underwriter, has launched a new e-commerce option for its tenant users liability insurance program (TULIP). The TULIP program offers facilities or venues a way to obtain general liability coverage for their special event tenants when required by the facility.
The website offers a quick option for venues, such as stadiums, arenas, convention centers, religious institutions, performing arts centers and schools that frequently rent their facility to third parties.
Limits offered are either a $1 million or $2 million per occurrence with a $5 million aggregate. Limits apply separately to each enrolled tenant user, unlike other TULIP programs in the market where limits are shared by all tenants purchasing coverage under a master policy.
Coverage is offered on an admitted basis and provided through an insurance carrier rated “A+” by A.M. Best Company. K&K Insurance Group, Inc. is a managing general underwriter offering insurance products and services to the sports, motorsports, recreation, leisure and entertainment industries.
