Based on how long Exxon strung out the Valdez settlement, I doubt money will change hands for yeas to come.
Looking for a bail out, but did anyone else catch their comment? They pleaded guilty and admit fault but yet they feel they aren’t negligent? Without LA on board, I doubt anything will happen.
