Hallelujah!!!! Thank goodness this was a big company where I’m sure there were lots of complaints, as this would be, and is still, hard to prove. I’ve had to tolerate this for 25 years in the industry, and there’s always an excuse for the male (with less experience and knowledge) being able to advance in position and salary. Way to go girls! I’ll retire before too many years, but pray that the upcoming generation doesn’t have to tolerate this!
