These same Democrats didn’t seem to have a problem awarding a $634 Million contract to 15 vendors to design the worst website in history. Where is their outrage on that? Where is their outrage at having no vetting to be a Navigator for Obamacare?

Who says we have no outrage for those things? Why do you assume we don’t just because we are Democrats?

Regardless, is this not a worthwhile endeavor? Not awarding contracts to companies that violate safety regulations?

Libby, the whole process of awarding government contracts should be reviewed and maybe some independent service could be used to award contracts based on merit, cost, competence and no political favors or lobbyists involved. I still can’t get my mind around how 15 vendors got a piece of the Obamacare website contract. Amazon.com, Microsoft, Apple or about any other competent vendor could have done it with no subs involved and it probably would have worked at 5% or less of the cost to the taxpayer.

They should only be awarded these contracts if their CEO’s wear flag pins on their lapels and use Ashley Madison to hire their temp workers.

Agent, Don’t forget another $350 Million to fix the problems from the first $634 mill. Let’s not forget the companies were Canadian domicile (I guess they could not find a good US website company-LOL), and let’s not forget the model’s photo used on the website is a women who is from Columbia, not a US citizen and has filed to obtain insurance under Obamacare. What a bunch of Rubes!!

Hey, I hear that they are in need of someone who can provide sign language at Obama’s speaking events. Think they will keep the convicted psychopath from South Africa?

Not to worry Sargeant. Microsoft is riding in to save the day. I wonder how much extra that will cost. Perhaps they will do this free gratis for their buddy. I would like to see the Microsoft geeks face when they get into this site. They may just throw up their hands and say, let’s create a new site and move all data received over to the new site. Oops! What are all these 4 & 5 codes? They are all supposed to be 0’s and 1’s.

On the insurance side, did you see the interview on Fox & Friends of the young invincible guy from Rhode Island? He had a plan he liked from Blue Cross who actually gave him a discount for being young and healthy. On his conversion plan, they dropped the discount, raised his premium and deductible. He was not a happy camper.

How about including firms with friends of the White House, particularly the woman who was college pals of Michelle Obama? Her firm got the biggest of the contracts.
