Where do the consumers go when the massive data breach comes out on Healthcare.gov?

I expect, at some point, there will be a breach to end all breaches. We’ve had many small failures in the system, and a rather large one in Target. What happens though when eventually a breach occurs that ties into ALL the banks and it happens at once? It is very possible. We discussed this in one of my Computer Science classes a few years back. It is unlikely, but possible. How would other Nations react to the announcement that for all intents and purposes, we have zero money left in America? Not that we do now. lol

uct, what you are describing is the end of America’s economy as we know it. We will be like a giant animal carcass with the jackals feeding on it and we know who the jackals are. Criminal computer geeks are testing the systems at all times seeing what they can get into to rob someone. I have talked to my operating system vendor about agency records and they have one of the smartest systems and plenty of geeks to fend off possible breaches, but they stay busy all the time.

My card already started getting hits on it from use from others. The strange thing…they were trying to buy credit reports. Luckily BOA caught it and shut it down immediately. But others will be less lucky.

Our bank account got drained on Dec 26 just hours after my direct deposit went in. Unfortantly my bank is taking their sweet time in giving me my money back. we have to wait another ten days from today. Is ther a way to put our name on the class action law suit?

I would like to get involved in any class action lawsuit in Massachusetts. How do I become a plaintiff?
