Rates/Premiums have already increased 25% in the last 6 months. And that is not counting the increase in premium since the companies found out that they would have to include 10 essential health benefits and Maternity onto their already comprehensive policies.

The issue isn’t about whether I think he’s a good guy or not. It’s about whether or not he’s committed an impeachable offense. Agent can’t compare him to Nixon since it’s apples and oranges.
What quantifiable damage has he done? Yes, he has made more mistakes than I would like to see (Benghazi, lack of transparency, handling of Syria, not com promising more with Congress, lying about the effects of the PPACA, etc.
However, most economic indicators have improved since he was elected. Government spending is decreasing, the annual deficit has been dcreasing each year, the budget to GDP has been decreasing, GDP to debt is increasing, inflation has been kept in check, stock market is at an all-time high helping retirement accounts, even gas prices are down ~$.22 per gallon since he was re-elected and never hit the all-time high in June of 2008. The only significant economic indicator that has gotten worse is the labor participation rate. Part of that could be attributed to the increase in productivity of labor, which has improved the stock market, but allowed companies to avoid hiring/re-hiring people.

The economic indicator in IL is depressing. Now the knuckleheads in Springfield want to increase Min Wage. That happened back in 2009 and there has been a steady flow of job out of state since. A hundred here, a few hundred there and now State Farms pulling out. That’s a major hit coming these morons cant see.
2008, I never made more money then in any other year. 2013, I’ll be lucky to bring home half that amount.

Since 2008, my union electrician brother is laid off from Oct through April. He is not the only union guy in this spot. Another one of my brothers (union) has been unemployed for two years. His Unemployment ran out 12/31/2013. There is an improvement in the Unemployed rate – kick them off the system so they don’t get counted. Another agent friend of mine is already estimating his income to be down at least $1000 a month. The GA I work with is also in trouble. He used to have over 50 very competent and very well compensated employees. Now – NOT.
The Indicators I pay attention to – the average Joe trying to make ends meet. Keeps just getting kicked from all levels of govt.

Walgreens as reported all over the news. Oh no wait, they dropped their employer sponsored plan all together. I dropped mine. My producer had to rewrite another group to individual.
These anecdotal – emotional stories are being told all over main st and in industrial complexes all over the USA.
