Is this why Obama needed the debit ceiling raised again? To pay his legal fees?

Wonder what the Legal Fees have accumulated to for this mess.
Another reason I hate paying taxes – defend this “law” which he changes at his whim.

Since when has Obama been concerned about “Legal Ground” with all his Executive Orders changing the law 27 times? He knows he can get away with it so he keeps doing it. On tape, he was caught saying – I am the President and I can do anything I want.

Hey FFA. The legal bills will keep mounting. Today, Ted Cruz is suing the Administration and the NSA for violating the 4th Amendment and right to privacy. That ought to keep Holder busy for a while. By the way, with all these executive orders flying around, most will be challenged for Constitutionality so the attorney’s for both sides will be loving it.

I agree harm has to be proven to have standing.

Some other provisions requiring an employer to justify to the IRS the firing or laying off employees is definitely illegal and harm can be proven there.

If you add up the legal fees, money spent on navigators, advertising and that turkey of a web site, we could haved easily provided health insurance for the 34 million supposedly not insured.

Wow Libby, your sounding a lot like a Republican. A workable solution without a huge price tag…. Now, all you got to do is find a neighbor hood kid to shovel that foot of snow heading your way.

In Chicago, we are experiencing a heat wave. Got to be close to 20.

FFA, we actually got a taste of winter last night with freezing rain and sleet and we all had to wait a while to come to work since the roads were slick. The good news is that we will have Spring weather by the weekend. How long will you have to wait to see waves on Lake Michigan again?

I herd that from one of our senators in regards to what Blago did to the health system in IL. He stated on a news piece it would have been cheaper for the tax payers to buy an HMO for the uninsured.

The quote was “It would have been cheaper to pick them up and drop them off in Elviss’ Gold Cadillac”.

It would also have been cheaper to put all the PreX crowd in Pools rather than have them run up the cost of the healthy. They could have subsidized the Pools for $100 Billion and saved 90% on Healthcare costs.

That’s a great idea, Agent. Why couldn’t your party come up with it before all this turmoil? Why can’t they come up with ANYTHING?
