    Duh! I wonder how they reached that conclusion. Almost any major metro area would be advised to take Terrorism since they are a bigger target. In fact, any city or town with a Mosque might want to take it.

    the administration did not say this was terrorism. Who makes the declaration? If DHS does not declare it as such, no coverage.
