While I don’t agree with what Donald Sterling said, I believe strongly in his right to say whatever he wants in a private conversation with his “girlfriend”. What should be questioned is the integrity of the “girlfriend” in taping a conversation with him to release to a media outlet which amounts to tabloid press. Somehow that seems to evade the NBA and all the sponsors who have dropped the Clippers.

Are you really going to use the Donald Trump defense – blame it on the girl?

He asked the girlfriend to tape the conversation and over a hundred hours of other conversation because he is forgetful. Sure, he can say what he wants, but words have consequences and in this case, the correct outcome was reached. Good riddance, Sterling. Take your racist, ignorant a__ somewhere else! You don’t belong in the NBA.

Capt, perhaps I did not make my point very well. My point is that we should all have the right to say whatever the hell we want to in our private homes. I’m sure you’ve said things behind closed doors that you would not want broadcast to the rest of the world.

          GenXUnderwriter,

He absolutely has the right to say whatever he wants in his private home. However, if it becomes publc, the court of public opinion and the free market take over. Is it fair? That is up for debate. Do you want the government telling private businesses when they can and cannot take action based on someone’s words?

Freedom of speech only applies to what the government can and cannot do based on what you say.

He does have the right to say it. Was he arrested? I don’t see him going to jail for these comments. The League has every right to ban him for those words. Just like your employer can fire you if you make comments they do not agree with. I mean, this is the private sector regulating itself. Isn’t that the GOP way?

Planet, I have never fired someone for making statements/comments I didn’t agree with. I think if I did, I would have a whale of an Employment Practices suit on my hands. I am able to fire for cause if an employee has dereliction of duty, continues to screw up after counseling, doesn’t show up for work or other reasons. Your comments are just as goofy as always.

KY, I wonder how this man got to be a billionaire. An 80 year old fart with an estranged wife and a girlfriend less than half his age. He was asking for trouble and got it. I wonder why this girlfriend released the tape on her sugar daddy. Whatever she made to sell it is pennies compared to what she would get out of this old man. If he said these things, the ban is correct and he shouldn’t be allowed to keep the team.

I read a lot of sports news and this has been dominating the websites. One of the sports writers said she is now an ex-girlfriend, so that probably impacted her desire to share his thoughts. Also, his estranged wife is suing the ex-girlfriend because marital assets were given to the girlfriend. Sounds like a fun family, eh?

KY, it wouldn’t be the first time or the last that someone with a lot of money got into trouble and had a terrible family situation. It has cost a lot of Hollywood stars a good portion of their fortune to mess around like this. Of course, they just think all they have to do is another movie and they can make it all back. In politics, same thing. Jesse Jackson, Jr. was using campaign money to give a girlfriend expensive jewelry among other things.

We have a lot of African American customers and they are very nice people and we treat them with respect and give them good advice. My CSR’s are well trained in customer relations. No wonder they keep renewing their policies. What would you do in the same situation? Were you baiting me again hoping to get a response to attack me like Ron does?

By the way Libby, I wonder what a good Employment Practices lawyer would do to an agent who fired an employee for an inapropriate remark. That might be a good test case on employment law. The employee might deserve to be fired, but the lawyer might try to prove it was not a valid reason since it wasn’t dereliction of duty.

Unless there was some discriminatory reason for firing them and there is no employment contract in force, you can fire someone whenever you want. Doesn’t mean you won’t get sued, but it doesn’t mean they’ll win either. To be on the safe side, always build a file. But I certainly would think calling a customer the “n” word qualifies for immediate dismissal. Professional and respectful behavior is required in our Employee Handbook.

100% agree the guy is racist and should go. Also agree with Silver on actions including pushing him to sell. What I also can’t help but see is the typical self centered stance by a bunch of pampered millionaire players who want to “boycott” if things don’t go exactly as they want them to.

What about all the ushers, concession stand servers, maintinance staff Etc. What about all the restaurants, stores, retail shops, hotels etc. at L.A. Live who will not be able to pay bills and suppport families if attendance is down and people don’t come to the games.

While Stirling needs to go as soon as possible the big picture is think of alll the other people you hurt when you want your way or the highway on issues.

I have actually been critical of him for having so many left wing idiots on his show to spew their left wing rhetoric. He calls it “fair & balanced”. He does expose left wing hypocrisy from time to time. He was very upset with the media for not reporting the continuing cover up of the Bengazi cover up of the cover up and choosing instead to cover the sorry basketball owner and his troubles. By the way, Benghazi makes Watergate look like child’s play in comparison since 4 Americans died and Watergate was merely a break in of a political party headquarters and no one was killed. The lies and cover up was what brought Nixon down.

Wrong again Libby. The Watergate crime was perpetrated by Haldeman and others like Colston who admitted as much in his trial and he served time. Nixon’s problem was his loyalty to them, lying, covering up and being too stupid to burn the tapes of the conversations. He tried to furnish transcripts of the tapes, but they were heavily redacted and the House didn’t go for that and were ready to Impeach so he resigned. Luckily, Ford pardoned him or he may have done time. Benghazi is far worse when you have a President, Secretary of State, State Dept underlings not protecting their Ambassador, getting them killed by ordering a stand down on a 7 hour attack when we had forces in the area and then lying about everything with a coordinated message about a mystery video that almost no one saw and sticking to a narrative for 20 months. This is a far worse situation than Watergate. By the way, the question remains about where your President and Hillary Clinton were on 9-11-2012. I don’t think it was in the situation room at the White House. The truth will eventually come out and egg will be all over your face. All Obama is doing is stringing it out, deny, deny, deny. During the 2008 race when Hilary was running she posed a great question. If the phone rings at 3:00AM in the White House, who do you want answering the phone? I don’t want either of them since they are incompetent and have no idea what to do.

You have absolutely NO EVIDENCE that Obama or Hillary had any knowledge of or anything to do with Benghazi. And you never will, because those types of decisions don’t go up that far. Do you really think Obama and the Secretary of State approve every single decision made by their underlings? If you do, you’re dumber than I thought.

He has a track record a mile long that reflects the attitude exhibited in the conversation that was recorded. None of the players or the coaches had any problems taking the millions of dollars he paid them. The mistress had no difficulty taking his money, gifts, and other perks. They became “outraged” when the public became aware of the behavior and their hypocrisy was exposed. I abhor what this guy represents. It is his right to think that way. He cannot practice the behavior in public, but he has the right to think as stupidly and with as much bigotry as he wishes. Do you think he would withhold something like this from the President? Do you not believe Hilary was called by her State Dept minions? Hey, this was not a burglary gone bad in DC. Who gave the orders to stand down to the military that was on stand by? How could anyone not do anything to help these American heros when the attack lasted 7 hours? How could your President go on a fund raising trip to Vegas the next day? That is criminal to have such utter disregard for American lives. As he called it, it was a bump in the road. He consistent posts inaccurate information that is easily debunked, rarely backs up his rhetoric with facts, has very poor reading comprehension, and makes very broad judgements about people he does not even know.

He is the one who provided commentary on the series. Therefore, he must be paying some attention. I was just correcting him, again.

What are you going to do about it? Oh yeah, just sit there and post threats you cannot back up.

I laughed about 5 minutes on that because I know all about Jerry Jones and how he has ruined a once proud franchise. He fancies himself a General Manager and knows next to nothing about how to draft talent or sign players to help the team. The last two years, he has signed players off their couch to fill out the roster. What a joke.

Doesn’t he still technically own the team, at least for now?

I believe the NBA made the right call. They could have let the free market dictate what happens to the Clippers; people would have boycotted all their sponsors, the coach and players would have been put in even more of an awkward position, and this thing would have blown up into even more of sh-tstorm than it already was. By banning him for life, and most likely removing him once the other owners have their say, this ends things a lot more quickly.

      Ok. Let’s think about it.

This man owns a sports franchise. That franchise is dependent on people paying for tickets to see the game and people to buy their miscellaneous products (tshirts, jersys, plastic ware, etc). So, piss off enough people, and he’s probably hurt selling power. Well the NBA actually gets a portion of those sales, as per the franchise agreement. Hmm.

Add to that the NBA is really the boss as the franchise grantor. Hmm.

Ok, so, taking this a little further. Could what this owner has done affect other franchisees? Could it affect the income of the NBA? If you answer yes to both, and that this owner has broken his contract then yes, the NBA can force him out.

However, Georgia Frontiere inherited the LA Rams several years ago when her husband died, moved it to St.Louis with incentives to move there and the franchise has never came back to prominence. Maybe Oprah is smarter and will hire Magic Johnson or Kareem Abdul Jabbar to run it for her. Then, they might have a chance to be very successful.

Jones hasn’t sniffed a Super Bowl for many years now after Aikman, Smith and Irvin retired. In fact, only one playoff win and was promptly dismissed in the next game. By the way, how many Superbowl’s have your Bills won in recent years? The last I heard was they might move from their antiquated stadium to a better city. What are their plans or don’t you follow them?

Instead of complaining that the Cowboys have not been successful in the playoffs recently, try focusing on the memories of winning 3 in 4 years including spanking the Bills in back-to-back Super Bowls.

That is your problem, you focus too much on the negative.

I do follow the Bills. Everything I have heard regarding the current lease is that it will be virtually impossible to move the team anytime soon. It may cost an additonal $500-750 million on top of the likely $1 billion purchase price to move the team.

The stadium may be old, which you should appreciate, but we have some of the best tailgating in the league and there is not a bad seat in the house. Plus, they make renovations each year so, it may be old, but not outdated.

There is a reason we have sold out nearly 75% of our home games during the past 14 year playoff drought. We are tru-blue fans, not fair-weather fans like most cities. Plus, we like to party.

Are you even physically able to look at the bright side of anything? Is there any good news (data or statistic) on the economy that will convince you that the economy has improved since 2008?

If you do not know the difference, you are as clueless as the rest of the Republican Party and the reason we may not see another Republican president for a while.

Hey Ron, apparently you don’t watch many NFL teams or have caught a Cowboy game the past few years. Rather than repair the old Texas Stadium, they tore it down and moved into their $1.2 Billion new digs. It is too bad they don’t have a good team to play there. Oh well, they do use it for concerts, some college games and even high school playoffs. Jones doesn’t know much football, but he does know how to make money. One of my partner’s brother was the Architect firm on the new stadium and they said Jones was the hardest man to deal with they ever had and they have done big projects all over the world. Jones is extra tough when it comes to business, but it didn’t translate so well as a General Manager/Owner of a team.

Ron, it is hard to focus on the positive with the Cowboys when you have an owner as incompetent (football wise) as Jerry Jones. Too many years of incompetency and doing the same thing over and over hoping for a different result. He signed Romo to a long term deal for $108 million and Romo has won exactly one playoff game. He cut Demarcus Ware, the best defensive player he had because he would have had to pay him a bonus. Ware was out of a job for about a day and Denver signed him. I am glad you are getting to keep your Bills. That is a small market city like Green Bay is, but without the success.

Hi FFA, nice to see someone change the tone and get back to sports. Yes, the Packers had their glory years under Lombardi, Star, Hornung and others and when he retired, they quickly fell from grace when their great players retired. They started back with Reggie. Boy was he a load. Can you imagine being an offensive tackle going up against him? They had to double team him a lot and he still got his sacks.

By the way, Emmit Smith separated a shoulder in a playoff game one year. They strapped him up and he went back in and finished the game and the team won. He played the next week as well. They don’t make them like they used to, do they?

I am beginning to think that our disagreements are based on the premise that we have define words differently. Where I use and understand proper English, you prefer Republican/Texan English.

The problem with the Cowboys is not that Jerry Jones is the owner, it is Jerry Jones as the GM. Do you understand the difference?

Are you OK with Jerry Jones as an owner? That is a yes/no question. Are 3 Super Bowl victories in 4 years not enough for you? He was the owner then. How much does the successs/failure of your sports team impact you directly?

Maybe it takes too much time from blogging on this site ad nauseum about your vast knowledge of issues.

Don’t you have a website do your predicting for you? Give me a prediction on how the Bills will do this year and we will see how you come out. Ron, your reading comprehension has failed you again. 21 teams passed on Manziel including Jones who said in advance he was not going to draft a quarterback with the first choice. Cleveland was lucky to get him with the second pick in the first round. Manziel doesn’t fit the conventional wisdom of a prototypical NFL quarterback. He is barely 6′ tall and may get hurt running around like he does. The first QB taken was 6’5″ and 230lbs. That is what they want. Now, shut your uninformed mouth.

Of course, they may all just take the 5th like Lois Lerner and may have to be jailed for their part until they squeal on the powers that be. You are just a tail gater drinking beer in the parking lot hanging out and have no interest in what a team does to be successful. The most successful owners keep their hands off drafting players and let the GM and the head coach make those decisions. They get a good coach and don’t change out coaches every other year when things don’t go their way. Jimmy Johnson went 1-15 his first year and then made the decisions, drafting and never looked back at a losing record. Too bad Jones ego got in the way thinking he was a “football” man and running Johnson off. Arrogance is a bad trait to have and it is reflected every day with Jones and your attitude.

      FFA,

I agree with you and Agent about owners. My point is that the Cowboys have won 3 Super Bowls with him as the owner and he should appreciate that instead of whining when his team is not doing so well. The Bills and Bears have combined for 0 Super Bowl victories since Jones bought the Cowboys. I would gladly take a couple decades of futility for 1 Super Bowl, let alone 3.

The money Romo got was about right for his stats and the current market. If you want to blame the market for quarterbacks, then that is a different discussion. It is the free market afterall. In my opinion, nearly all of athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL are overpaid.

I do not think Romo is the problem.

Romo should sign with the Cubs. It would be a perfect fit – choke when he should shine… Jim Kelly & Thurman Thomas are long gone… I loved watching Thurman run…
When the Bears made the big dance under Lovie, Rex was our QB. He stunk up the field bad… Hester running in the opening kick was the only Bear Hi Lite. Bills were doomed when they signed Dick Jauron. Aikman & Smith are distant memories… McMahon & Walter are also long gone.
In the world of sports, fans have short memories about the last championship. They want it all. They want it now. They want it every year…

Sucks when we have to suffer for long stretches of futility.

Romo is not the problem down there. The problem is the owner thinking he can wear two hats.

Jones would probably do better as Gov of IL.

FFA, one of the problems with the NFL is parity. The way the draft is set up, The worst team gets the first pick. If they miss on it, they remain bad. A team cannot miss on either an offensive player or a defensive player since they count on the #1 choice to start. Jones always picks from the middle of the draft since he keeps going 8-8 or 7-9 as a rule. He can’t pick anyone who can help the team. He ends up signing guys off the practice squads or off their couch to fill out a roster. A good GM can analyze talent and a good coach can get it out of the players on the field. Smart GM’s who make great picks and good coaches can take a team from worst to first in a short time. Andy Reid did some very good work for the Chiefs last year and they went from last to a playoff team in one year.

Sanders was tired of being on such a crappy team. The guy was impossible to bring down. When he came to Chicago, the bears would just bounce off him like a hundai and a guard rail. Then he would make defenders miss at a more rapid rate then the cub hitters swinging at air.

When he walked away, he was in striking distance of Walter Peytons record. One more season would have done it. He wanted Walter to stand tall for a while longer.

Yes, FFA. Sanders was as good as they come making tacklers miss him. Another great one was Gayle Sayers of Bears fame. Had he not tore up his knee, he would have gone in the record books. Running backs have fairly short careers compared to linemen, linebackers since they take a pounding. One exception was the great Emmitt Smith. He knew how to duck under tacklers and avoid the punishment and lasted a long time. When he had the Moose to open the hole for him, he was outstanding and as a result he leads the alltime rushing mark in the league.

Ron, to fill you in on recent history, Jones bought the team and brought in Jimmy Johnson to coach it and select the players he wanted to bring them back to prominence. Jimmy Johnson made a trade with Minnesota and got 7 players plus draft choices for a very good player – Herschel Walker. Walker was good, but he wasn’t worth 7 players and draft choices. Big mistake Minnesota. Johnson got his players that were the core of the Super Bowl years. After they got old and hurt, it was all over. He ran Johnson off by taking over drafting, signing of players and they sunk into the abyss of mediocrity. How many coaches have been through there since? I have lost count and they all suffer from Jones meddling and poor player selections.

How about having a competitive team each year due to good player selections and a good coach and throw in a Superbowl now and then. The league is now a study in mediocrity with only a few teams that are reasonably good and the rest, not so much. Most of the coaches are retreads who failed other places and then get rehired and the teams fail because they make stupid picks like Jones and cannot fill out a good roster.

FFA, you are right. Romo’s problem is that he piles up a lot of stats on passing yardage and then in the fourth quarter with the game on the line, he throws the worst interception possible or will cough up the ball on a fumble. How can a quarterback throw a ball to a receiver that is triple covered? Romo does that with great regularity because he is a riverboat gambler and thinks he can fit that ball into a thimble. I don’t think I see Peyton Manning or Tom Brady doing that. No wonder they have a great record of success.

Ron, if a GM/Owner blows his CAP money on one player at the expense of building a good roster, he is plain stupid (football wise) and deserves what he gets. Jones is reaping what he has sewn. No flexibility, no ability to sign good players and relying on lesser players at NFL minimum salary is exactly what he has now. Many fans in the DFW metroplex wish he would sell or turn over the team to the heir apparent son and maybe he would see the light and bring in a football man to manage the team.

FFA, I had a laugh yesterday when the news was interviewing the infamous Jerry Jones about the upcoming draft. They were asking him about taking a quarterback, namely Manziel in the draft. Hello! Manziel will go in the top 5 and Cleveland seems to be the frontrunner to get him. Jones wouldn’t be able to get him unless he traded all his draft choices to move up. The Cowboys have so many needs, they don’t need a back up to Romo. They might take another QB in the second or third round to hold the clipboard. How about some defensive linemen or offensive linemen first?

I had a good laugh yesterday watching Quinn bibble & babble about the investigation. This make three Dem Govs in a row. The list of people involved include the Cook County Boards hubby to the tune of at least $100K. Two more names over $100K are married or related directly to Il Dems.
Wonder why I am so against the Dems? Just biz as usual in IL.
Breaking news on Rahm, he and his entourage dont need to obey traffic laws. His red light cameras have caught him multiple times disobeying the traffic laws. Outstanding Parking Tickets piling up.
Of course, Rauner was quick to point this out.
And we have an Il dem in the White House….

Careful FFA. Humorless Ron will criticize you for having a good laugh about your collection of thugs up there in Illinois. I wonder why the good folks up there don’t rebel against these criminals. They lie, steal, raise taxes, overspend the taxpayers money, disregard the law year after year. It is a disgrace.

You may have seen the news that Lois Lerner has now been found in Contempt of Congress. They requested Holder to appoint a Special Prosecutor. Good luck on that. I hope they throw her in jail until she decides to squeal on her bosses. I would put her in with some rough dikes and that might encourage her to come clean.

Refresh my memory FFA. Was it the 85 Bears that had such a devastating team and won the Superbowl against the hapless Patriots? They had so many studs on that Bears team, it was ridiculous. McMahon, Payton, Dent and several others. The defense basically just shut down the other teams and all the Bears had to do on offense was be average, hand the ball to “Sweetness” and the other team had no shot. That was a Ditka team. He was a no nonsense guy and players played hard for him. They were smart about their choices in the draft and could obviously evaluate and sign talent.

Well Agent, Starting on defens was Dent, McMichael, Hampton and the fridge on the line. The backers were Otis Wilson, Singletary and the Six Million Dollar MAn. Db were Fencik, Dureson, Richardson & Frasier.
Starting on O was McMahon, Peyton, Suhy, Hilgenberg at center, Thayer, Becker and I just cant remember the other. Morrehead at TE. Our receives were McKinnon, World Class Wille Gault and the little speedster was Dennis Gentry.

No web site needed… Constant debate on who was the best D Lineman. No one debates that McMichael & Hampton made the best inside lineman the NFL has ever seen. The 4 linemen were relentless. When you have 4 that good, who do you 2x team? No need to constantly hand off. Just chuck it as far as you can and let Gault run under it. Tough catch, McKinnon never had alligator arms. Gentry was as quick as they get for a third receiver.

Thanks for refreshing my memory FFA. The names are familiar. Refrigerator was an Icon up there. I remember them occasionally giving him the ball on goal line situations to score. I don’t think I would want to try to tackle that load.

Speaking of loads, do you remember the Tyler Rose, Earl Campbell who played for Texas and then the Houston Oilers? He was about 6’0, 250lbs and made it a practice to run over anyone in his way. He would go looking for a DB just so he could run over him. Huge thighs that no one could get hold of so it usually took two to three players to get him down. Houston got close a couple of years under Bum Phillips, but didn’t have enough defense to get over the hump.

FFA, how much meddling and picking draft choices do you think Kraft does in New England? Belichek has the final say on who gets drafted and what he needs for his team. They do a remarkable job considering they are always picking close to the end of the draft choices.

I think the Texans would do well to draft him. He will draw fans no matter how good or bad he shakes out to be in his first year or two. After that honeymoon is over and he needs to perform at the NFL Level.
I am waiting to see if he can perform at that level.
    Lynch out of NIU
would be interesting pick in the mid rounds. He has been advised to change positions as he is not NFL QB size.
Ware moving to Denver shakes things up on both ends of that deal. What the heck s Jones thinking letting one of the best at the position leave? Not enough couch potatoes on the roster?

FFA, on Ware, Jones would have had to pay him a large back end bonus to keep him so he cut him. Thanks for your service Demarcus, now hit the road and find another job. Thanks, Jerry, I think I can and Denver said they would sign me tomorrow. Oops! I would like to see Jones draft Lynch in a later round to hold the clip board. That little guy at Seattle did pretty good last year, didn’t he?

I understand Johnny Football did very well in the Combines so he increased his stock. Personally, I would like to see the Texans take him since they don’t have the best situation at QB and he would certainly revive interest in the franchise since they disappointed so much last year at 2-14, fired coach etc. They got that Penn State coach to come in. We will see if he can coach in the NFL – NOT FOR Long!

Well FFA, the draft was unpredictable to say the least. I didn’t follow it that close since we watch other things and just picked up a few things on the news. For some reason, the teams were afraid of Manziel (possibly his size) and maybe getting hurt so he fell to 22nd. Cleveland passed on him along with others and even Jerry Jones passed on their pick and took an offensive tackle from Notre Dame???? Why am I not surprised when they had the worst defense in the NFL last year? Cleveland came out smelling like a rose and got 2 picks and took Johnny Football so now they have something to work with. Who did the Bears take and does it fill a need? Jones had better start drafting defensive players in the next several rounds or the fans may tar and feather him and ride him out of town on a rail.

You said, “Jones had better start drafting defensive players in the next several rounds or the fans may tar and feather him and ride him out of town on a rail.” If this is an option for the fans, why have you not done this already? I thought Texans do not put up with mediocrity, yet the Cowboys have been mediocre for nearly 20 years.

Believe me when I tell you Ron that Jones is under intense scrutiny and criticism by the media. I know a lot of people in the DFW area and they look at him with utter disdain. People expect a lot from this storied franchise and all Jones gives them is more of the same. If we could get Jones to say something “racist”, perhaps the NFL would make him sell like the LA Clippers owner. The franchise does belong to him, but when the 100,000 seat stadium is half full on Sundays, perhaps he will give it up and either sell or let his son run it.

Owners do not care about media scrutiny or criticism, or how people look at him? They only care about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Kinda like you.

I want to know what action you and the rest of the Cowboys fans will take. Hoping Jones says or does something to force him to sell is not action. Can you even imagine Cowboys fans boycotting? They haven’t yet, so what makes you think they will now? You guys are no better than we are when it comes to accepting mediocrity. The only difference is that we still find ways to get enjoyment out of watching the games. Y’all just sit there, watch, suffer and complain with no recourse to change anything.

When is the last time a game at the current or previous Cowboys stadium was half full on a Sunday? He knows he has cluelss fans who will back the Cowboys no matter what.

What a terrible insult Ron! You are reaching new lows. Do you have to look up to see bottom? I only care about $$$$$$$$$$$$ huh? Recently you posted – When have I criticized your success as an agent? Then, you turn around and insult me again. You must really be envious of my success as an Agency Owner.

By the way, the Cowboys are not selling out every week. Attendance will continue to decline, especially if they field another bad team next year due to their ineptitude and poor coaching. There will be clueless fans show up just like there are clueless fans showing up in Buffalo so they can tailgate and accept another mediocre team put on the field.

How is saying all you care about is $$$ an insult to your success as an agent? That was a compliment because you are successful. I can assure you, I am envious of NOBODY. It is against my religion.

I find it hysterical that you say I accept a mediocre team in Buffalo, yet you have failed to provide your plan of action to stop the 20 years of mediocrity of the Cowboys. And you actually care!

Just to prove you wrong, again, the Cowboys currently have a 145 game home sellout streak. So much for holding your team accountable.

Hey Ron, are you #94, 51 or 21 in the tailgaters brigade at the Bills game? What a scruffy bunch you are and drunk at that. It is interesting that you say you paid me a compliment when you insulted me for caring only about $$$$$$$. I guess that is how northern two faced Independent Progressive talk. An insult is a compliment. Have you had your visit to a Psychoanalyst yet because you sure need one? Try tuning into a Cowboys game sometime. If they have sold the seats, they sure aren’t filling them and the whole top tier is full of empty seats. The bloom is off the rose. By the way, the only way to stop the 20 years of mediocrity of the Cowboys is for Jerry Jones to sell or turn it over to son. A pretty simple plan that even your low IQ should be able to understand.

          What are you talking about?

Have you read any of your posts? You equate success to $$ all of the time and have mentioned your success many times. It is called 2+2=”all you care about is $$$”. Just as you base you assessment of me as a Progressive, Liberal, Socialist Democrat based on my posts, I am returning the favor.

If they sold the seats, they got the money. Tell your fellow Cowboys to stop supporting the team financially and you may see a change.

If your plan is so simple, and Cowboys fans want him out as the owner, how come Jones is still the owner?

I am still waiting for your “plan of action” to get rid of Jones as the owner. If you cannot do anything to make that happen then shut up about other teams holding their owners accountable. You are no different.

Guess what, we think Progressives are worthless too. You are happy tailgating and accepting mediocrity of your team and not holding your owner accountable and Conservatives actually care about what their team is doing. What is your plan to get the Bills on the map? They are almost never on TV. I wonder why that is.

Do you really need to like your own posts all of the time? That is just sad.

If you think me trying to get a straight answer out of you is bullying, then so be it. I think Progressives and Conservatives are equally worthless. I only respect fellow Independents who do not blindly follow one or another ideology.

You are just jealous because I can verify that I am right and you cannot. Websites provide evidence that I am correct and have proven you wrong. No wonder you do not like to do research, facts prove you wrong.

Conservatives do not care about their teams any more than people with any other ideology. That assumption is ludicrous. I have tailgated with plenty of Conservatives and they are no different than the Progressives I hang out with. Believe it or not, WNY, outside of the City of Buffalo, is a very Conservative area.

The only reason the Cowboys get the TV exposure they do is because they are a train wreck and the rest of the country loves to laugh at them while their fans accept mediocrity by continuing to support the team financially. Until Jerry Jones is removed as the owner, dying does not count, you are no better than Bills fans when it comes to holding your team accountable.

You can only be happy when your team is winning? No wonder you are a miserable old man.

Hey FFA, you mentioned in a prior post about the QB for NIU might be an interesting choice. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t Romo graduate from NIU and signed as a free agent? It would be interesting to see two from NIU as quarterbacks on an NFL team. The new one may have to sign as a free agent as well if no one is interested enough to draft him.
