Please! Please! Please stop the “Climate Change” madness! The Earth’s climate has been changing throughout its history! There is almost no data to support the fraudulent theory that man’s activities are causing global warming, which then causes climate change! Do something useful with all the time and money being wasted in pursuit of this fraud!

BobSmith223 – Yes, our climate has been changing throughout it’s history, but never so rapidly.

      http://climate.nasa.gov/evidence/

I don’t know if the cause is man-made or contributed to by man, but the fact that it’s accelerated can not be ignored. This is not normal climate change as compared to historical data.

10-50 years is WAYYYYY to short of a time frame. Geological time scales are in the thousands when analyzing geological changes and if you took a geology class, you would understand that the earth has experienced numerous climate changes in its past.

BobSmith223, Lets propose that I’ll run an insurance company whose premium adjusts it’s based on the risk severe climate change and you run another company based on pre-katrina rates and risk management techniques. We’ll see which one stays solvent longer.

Whether you want to believe it or not, the economic damage is real. The reality is that the climate is changing and it’s changing for the worse. Building codes and city planning needs to change in accordance with this reality.

The Wisconson Glacier covered part of what today is America and tremendous climate warming about 10,000 years ago melted it. The land bridge from Asia (which archaeologists believe was the migration route for populating North and South America)was covered by higher water levels as a result of melting glaciers. This as been happening throughout the history of our planet.

Why are in agreement with throwing it down Earth’s throat? Earth is a living thing, too. It will be around a lot longer than us, sustaining other life. Be a good steward of our planet. Hey Farmers. Since your advertisements focus on your University of Insurance, why not attend your entry level class called Insurance 101.

You might be able to learn the principles of risk selection, and since you have identifed 200 communities who don’t meet your expectations on stormwater control, you could hire employees called underwriters, buy them maps and tell them not to write business in these cities.

    Problem solved. Right!

It only took one scientist to say that saturated fat was bad for us and the supermarkets were flooded (no pun intended) with fake butter that is horrible for us. And it only took some false data out of England on Global Warming, which has been proved if was false, to have this whole thing spin out of control. I live in Chicago – when I was a kid in the 60s we have thunder storms all summer. The Earth is cycling end of story. Stop with your Chicken Little “the sky is falling” BS.

Al Gore made millions on falsified science and won a Nobel Prize but then Obama got a Nobel Peace prize too had how many innocent people has he killed with his drone attacks? That proves the point that anyone these days can get a Nobel Prize even with the science being fake and as for the Nobel Peace Prize Obama, well that’s just a mystery.

The fact that Obama has said in every conference about some scandal that he “just found out about it on the news like everyone else,” is shameful. It either makes him a liar or an empty suit surrounding himself with malicious incompetency.

Richard Nixon has got to be asking himself, “What the f***?!” in response to the cornucopia of corruption that is allowed to run rampant in today’s culture. We’re entertaining ourselves to death.

Some reporters are actually, seemingly anyway, getting tired of all the around they’ve been getting from Carney. I think the latest scandal at the VA hospital had finally shown us that the only thing Obama is good at is fund raising. So those community organizer skills have paid off. Being head of all the major departments like the IRS, NSA, VA Hospitals he is very much lacking. Mad as hell my a$$. He knew nothing about any of these until he heard it on the new. He has to be the most uninformed president in history. He should be impeached for all the crap he’s done and not done. Bush warned him back in 2008 about the VA hospitals. Period.

The VA hospital issue wasn’t an issue during the Bush presidency but I’ll tell you what Bush DID do. He visited vets at VA hospitals all the time during his presidency. When Obama got elected, Bush and his administration pointed out particularly that the issues facing the VA in the years following the Bush presidency would become greater and pointed out problem areas to focus on. That information was essentially ignored.

Yes, Captain, I did. The truth always hurts. Obama wasn’t a poor mixed race kid growing up in poverty on the Southside of Chicago as Libby would have all us believe. He had a silver spoon in is mouth, went to Ivy League schools and had a quite comfortable life. And he and Michelle are worth millions. Here is a guy who no one actually knew that came to my home town of Chicago as a community organizer then ran for Senator and oddly enough got elected and held that jog for a very short time – and then ran for president and by hoodwinking the liberal masses with his wonderful talent of speaking so eloquently, got elected although the man had no experience for the job and as a result of his Chicago Thug politics of believe he can do whatever he wants to do has gotten his butt in a stir with all the “phony” scandals that are apart of his administration. If you were one of the lucky ones who had the pleasure of being audited by the IRS not once but several times, I’m sure you wouldn’t be so smug Captain.

Please! Catastrophic loss due to climate change is a fact!

It’s amazing that one of the largest insurance orgs (Munich Re) would want to go into court and act like naive fools who need the city fathers of small town municipalities to help them underwrite risk.

The ineptitude of political subdivisions is part of the risk analysis. For years the insurance industry has accepted business based on town class rather than sue to have every city provide stellar protection.

I never said that I don’t believe he isn’t a US citizen. I do think that he worked the system and got into the schools he did by applying as a foreign student – otherwise why would all his college records be locked up so very tightly? What does he have to hide? He even mentioned that he was a mediocre student. If that is true by his own admission, then how, pray tell, would one with poor grades get scholarships and grants? His mom came from a wealthy family and have a very nice home in Hawaii and she was a president at a bank. So, please keep your sob story of how his grandfather was a cow herder in Kenya or a furniture store worker or whatever. Obama spent most of his time in college smoking dope and hanging out with communists and there are plenty of pictures of him on the net to prove those points. Now if this were a conservative president you liberals would be in an uproar. So, please keep your double standard to yourself, Libby. And you can keep getting your news from the now falling in rates CNN or MSMBC who all are bed with Obama. The truth hurts; doesn’t it?

      OMG. The ignorance!

First of all, it was no sob story. His GRANDFATHER did work in a furniture store.

Second – his mother was a VP in a bank and if you know anything about banking, who isn’t?

Third – he got into his private grade school on a scholarship in the fifth grade after attending a local school.

Fourth – so what he smoked dope in college? Who didn’t?

Fifth – Bush never released his college transcripts, either. They were leaked to the press. And we can see why. With his grades, he definitely bought his way into Yale.

Sixth – when you say his mother came from a wealthy family, define wealthy. They lived for a long time in an apartment in Honolulu. Is that considered wealthy?

smoked dope in college and hug out with communists was the full statement – which is true.

Libby, again you’ve bored me to tears and so has Obama. He is the most uninformed, “I found out just like you all did – on the news”, biggest liar we’ve ever had in office. Our utilities are going to be so incredibly expensive especially electricity and Obama warned us that this was going to happen (the only thing he ever said that actually was the truth) because of the fabricated lies on Global Warming no X that one, Climate Change, no let’s X that one too and on to the next I can’t even keep up with what is labeled anymore. And still how you love him…

I only try to bring some sanity to your insanity. You guys are incapable of being the least bit objective when it comes to Obama. If you want to have an objective discussion, I’d be open to it. But you’re not capable of it when it comes to him.

Libby is right…Obama is my hero. He showed that you do not require any experience to be President, win a Nobel Peace Prize based on his “potential” (I would like to nominate my brother, a young medical doctor, for the Nobel for Medicine..he has a lot of potential).

Also, Obama has shown us that you do not have to answer to anyone and you can be inept and incompetent and yet be protected from criticism since you are racist if you criticize him.

I’m glad it was cancelled, too. Was taking up waaaay too much of my time. I’m doing much better things now and can focus on real causes rather than some goofy cartoon. Instead of being illustrated I get to illustrate to people like you the lies and deceit that comes from the likes of Drudge and Hannity. You will say the following isn’t a good source, and I get that. But, make sure you understand the metrics used in the following, so, actually read the short article. Also, let’s not forget who lied us into Iraq in the first place. All of those deaths, I don’t care if it’s 1 leftover soldier during President Hillary Clinton’s admin in 2016, fall back on Bush. And so do the deaths of those attacked during 9/11 and all of 13 of the embassy attacks, or Benghazis, that occurred on Bush’s watch. To be fair, President Bill Clinton saw some embassy attacks as well.

        http://thedailybanter.com/2013/11/conservatives-say-obama-has-lost-more-us-troops-than-bush-thats-crazy/

Also, kudos to President Obama on finishing Bush’s lackluster pursuit of Bin Laden. I guess if you want to get the job done, you have to bring in the closer. President Obama and his team took the ball across the goal line and had the decency to not even spike the pigskin.

        Boom – mic drop!

        http://www.icasualties.org/

        Score: 4,852 BUSH
        Score: 1,956 Obama

Clear winner? BUSH. No deaths in Iraq since Obama got us out of there. Increased deaths in Afghanistan because instead of sending troops to Afghanistan (where Bin Laden was hiding) Bush felt in necessary to carry out his vendetta against Iraq.

Don’t talk to me about incompetent, dishonest presidents! Obama’s lies are miniscule in comparison. “Oops! You have to change your doctor” instead of “Oops! No WMD’s. Sorry you had to die.”

Let me remind you that CIA intelligence and other documents (shared by all intelligence agencies within the NATO fold of nations) were presented and the congress unaninmously approved to go to war against IRAQ (which had a DEMOCRATIC majority at the time). Let me remind you that the President does not have the ability to declare war. That is the responsibility of the Legislative branch. The President is part of the Executive branch, which carries out the orders.

I do give Obama credit for the Bin Laden assassination and was glad to see an evil man taken down.

Always – cfact.org is run by David Rothbard who is a longtime oil front group operative. Also, one of the cfact consultants is Paul Driessen who is also a consultant for…wait for it…ExxonMobil and the mining industry. Cfact is known for trying to do anything to discredit the science underpinning climate change. They’ve even gone so far as to go to Copenhagen for the conference on climate change, team up with Rush Limbaugh (the famous pill popping hot head), and perform stunts aimed at mocking Greenpeace. That’s your source, AA. Nice!

On an aside – this is some good Friday humor I think people on any side can chuckle on:
