    I wonder what Core Logic got paid for this study that anyone with common sense would know. Low lying coastal areas are subject to storm surges and it has been that way for ages. People living in these areas already know it and choose to live there.

    I assume that this article did not recognize the existence of any intelligence by the readers. Possible damage is the entire coast line? Yes and there is also a possibility that satellite may fall on your house as well. So exactly how does this help in Risk Management or actuarial evaluations since predicting the storms has been way,way,way off for several years. I know, it helps the report producer make money. Got it.
