    Every Oilfield employee should be fully certified and safety certifications valid at all times.. The policy should be consistent across the World to apply same principles and procedures..

    Ownership and responsibility is on the employer to make sure every employee is in full compliance to OSHA and other safety regulations which needs to be updated depending on changing situations..

      There are no final rules with Government Bureaucracies. There is only a final rule until the next final rule.

    Cal OSHA has already had these requirements for as long as I can remember.
