I’m SO glad I did not have to go to Obama’s biggest blunder to obtain health insurance. Phew!

Me too Always. We spent a billion on this masterpiece of computer technology only to be frought with numerous problems. I understand about 400,000 have to completely re-enroll because their data is lost. No telling how many enrolled several times because they couldn’t complete the app and they were all counted every time they went online. The hackers have been having a field day robbing Socials to do their deeds.

Newsflash – if it’s on the internet, it’s vulnerable. DUH! How to combat it 101:
    1. Create a complicated password
    2. Routinely change the password (suggested – every 30 days)
    3. Make sure your network is also locked and password protected (see 1 and 2 above about your network password)
    4. Only need to share the information that is required (usually designated by an *)
    5. Instead of being afraid, such as this watchdog group would like to you be, just be proactive and you’ll be fine

Unfortunately, none of the ideas you presented prevent the server from getting hacked and your data stolen. They just limit the chance of someone logging in as you.

Never heard of this happening to Blue Cross, United, Aetna nor any other Health Carrier before.

Another failure of the OBama Care. Whats gonna happen to P & C rates when ID theft / Fraud claims start hitting in record numbers??????

Jack ass should have taken care of tort reform if he wanted to take care of Medical Costs…

Hi FFA, I was hoping you would pop up and comment. How about those Bears? I saw a little of the last game and it looked like they were out of sinc. The Cowboys finally woke up and realized they could run the ball against the Titans and won on the road. Demarco Murray went for 167.

I agree with you on the lack of Tort Reform contributing to the Medical Cost rise, but the Trial lawyers made sure that wasn’t in the law. The lies we were told that costs would go down $2,500 for the average family is beyond belief, but the left swallowed them hook, line and sinker. Wait until those fall rate increases start happening. Are the carriers too big to fail and get a bailout?

Branden Marshal is a beast!!! No doubt about it he gives the tam a good chance to win so long as they can keep cutler standing. We have already been hit by injury bug. Sent Jennings out of town and now Peanut done for the year – maybe for good.

I like Jeffrey as well as Marshall. I agree on Cutler. They need to give him a little time to find his receivers and he was rushed a lot and probably felt like Romo against the 49ers. It is a good thing the Titans didn’t have the defense the 49ers had. That Monday night game was good. The Eagles will be good again and pulled out a win against the Colts although they were lucky on an interception that was clearly interference that wasn’t called. Tell me, do you think a defensive back should be able to yank a receiver down to the ground to intercept a pass is legal? The officials must have had blinders on. The way they call a Cowboys game, if one of their defensive backs wave at a receiver running by, out comes a flag.

It’s Jeffery and I hear you, he’s a hell of a receiver (comes from a Green Bay fan, none the less).

I would not doubt the Bears have the top two receivers in the league. That one handed grab Marshal made was nothing short of awesome! Alshon will get his grabs as more and more teams triple cover Marshal. That would loosen up coverage for whom ever is #3 read too.

As far as the Pack goes, that damn Eddie LAcy needs to get his head out of his a#@. His fantasy value is garbage right now.

BTW, I did pick Manziel with the last pick of the draft.

Spend 30 seconds to google, “health care providers and systems hacked” and you will find it happens far too often. Yes, private carriers and even hospitals. Faux News won’t tell you that, though. You actually have to research. Again, anything you put online is vulnerable and you have to take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILTY (something I thought conservatives were in favor of) to keep your information protected. Sorry, your assualt weapon won’t do that but your fingertips can. You are all so scared of being robbed on the street to the point of packing heat, why aren’t you afraid of being robbed online and let your mind and hands do the protecting?

Yes they are Random. You and I are no different. Now, there is a new big guy. They always seem to want to attach / hack the big guys. That is one reason why this product should be distributed by the Agent force. No hacker see any value in hacking a guy like me….

And I do know that just because I have not heard about it does not mean it has not happened. I get so disgusted watching the news lately. Always starts with more murders, moves on to other low life activity, something or another about Terrorist and then some lying politician -OBama, Quinn, whom ever – throwing in his 2 cents worth of bull s#$@.

It will, FFA….just give it time. We’re starting to see these big retailers have all of these breaches….it will start to happen to all of the insurance carriers, too…

I think this article is unfortunate, because the US as a whole seems to be a target for hackers; it’s no secret our systems our antequated. China hacked our military but no one seemed to care for some odd reason…(it surprised me no one cared especially because it would have been another chance to blame Obama).

All this article is saying there is a threat…um…isn’t there a threat for everyone???? It’s literally like saying there is a chance the sun might come up tomorrow.

Sitting here and just pinpointing one website….it’s assinine and…juvenile. And of course…wags the dog.

The U.S. uninsured rate is at its lowest since the 1990s:

Sally, my guess is ID theft / Fraud is at the all time high mark now too. One centralized data base like Health Care.gov… Only gonna get worse. I cite the news as my source for the guess – Target, Home Depot and Healthcare.gov have all made their appearance on the evening news.

You cant deny that it is a contributing factor. And no reports have been given out as to what the hackers do with that info. None that I have seen.

BTW Libby, hope your ortho apt went well.

Be thankful your not in this miserable state… Seems like its my turn to visit the ortho. Blew my back out last week and the Chiro is making progress, but still in a large amount of pain. Not a good time as the court system is gonna come sniffing around with the custody issue.

No, not yet. They need to run back round checks, inspect the house. Then its a few years of filing reports. At least we can now legally chat with Docs & Schools. They are also trying to track down the sperm donors for legal notification. They can contest, but they are losers that care about nothing but themselves. Maybe make a deal with the devils – sign off and no child support???

It was a huge relief when he pounded his hammer….
